Starkville’s Observance of the National Day of Prayer set for May 7
While it is important to pray for the community and its leaders every day, Starkville’s Observance of the National Day of Prayer will be a special time for residents to come together as a group to pray for our community, our state and our nation.
Starkville’s observance of the National Day of Prayer is set for noon May 7 at the Starkville Sportsplex. The public is invited to attend.
As part of this year’s event, community leaders will share their personal testimony of the importance of prayer in eight key areas of every community, including government, military, business, media, family, church, education and healthcare. Continue reading
Howard to speak at Starkville’s National Day of Prayer
Oktibbeha County Supervisor Marvell Howard will also serve as one of eight speakers at Starkville’s observance of the National Day of Prayer.
The event is set for noon May 1 at the Starkville Sportsplex. The public is invited to attend.
