Holy Week will begin and end with two opportunities for people throughout the Golden Triangle area to hear the preaching of  Bishop James Swanson of the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Beginning with Palm Sunday, Bishop Swanson will speak at the 11 a.m. worship services March 29 at First Unity United Methodist Church in Weir. And on Easter Sunday, the Bishop will be speaking at the 8:45 and 11 a.m. services at Columbus’ First United Methodist Church. The public is invited to attend services at both churches.
