Oktibbeha County Supervisor and veteran Marvel Howard will serve as one of the speakers for Starkville’s Observance of the National Day of Prayer.
Starkville’s Observance of The National Day of Prayer is set for noon May 7 at the Starkville Sportsplex. The event is open to the public for a time of prayer for eight specific areas of the community. Howard will speak about the importance of prayer for the military and their families, sharing a bit of his personal testimony, and will lead a prayer for the military personnel and their families in our community, state and nation.
